Website Reconstruction & System Redesign
From a compromised site and domain control issues to a fully rebuilt, scalable web system.
Overview
As the firm was getting off the ground, operational issues quickly surfaced—none more visible than the website. Limited access, poor structure, and subpar content created a direct risk to the firm’s credibility. The site was not only ineffective; it actively worked against the experience we needed to provide.
This was not a linear build—it was a continuous, hands-on reconstruction under real constraints.
Audited the existing site to identify structural and usability failures
Rebuilt the content hierarchy to improve clarity and navigation
Redesigned the interface to align with the firm’s brand and tone
Implemented functional improvements across forms, UX, and navigation
Migrated hosting and site-building platforms to support long-term stability
The Process
What began as a crisis response has evolved into an ongoing design and optimization role.
With consistent feedback from clients and internal users, I continue to refine the system through targeted improvements, feature development, and strategic simplification. The site is no longer a static deliverable—it is an actively maintained tool shaped by real-world use.
The Evolution

My earliest web work began as a self-directed project in the healthcare insurance space, where I built a site focused on delivering educational resources clearly and accessibly.
At the time, my approach was limited by inexperience. I designed based on assumptions rather than user needs, which led to avoidable friction.
That experience established a critical foundation: design without user awareness will fail, regardless of how strong the content may be.
Early Work - Foundation Building
More recently, I challenged myself to learn a new platform, Framer, through the creation of my portfolio site.
This project shifted my focus toward interaction design, component systems, and responsive behavior. It became an opportunity to rethink not just how I build, but how I structure and present information.
Working in Framer pushed my approach beyond static layouts into more intentional, interactive systems—where structure, motion, and content work together to guide the user experience.
